My name has changed. What should I do to change it on my WES account and evaluation report?

Your name and date of birth cannot be edited after submitting an application. Please contact customer service to request any changes.

Please note that your report will reflect the name on your documents. If your surname does not match the name you apply with, a note will be added to your report explaining the discrepancy.
