What is HST?

Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) is a mandatory tax in Canada that combines a federal goods and services tax and a provincial sales tax. HST is mandated by the Excise Tax Act.

Any services provided to Canadian citizens will have HST added to the total price.

If you were charged HST in error, you can request a rebate from the Canadian government. You can find more information here. Because the monies from HST are collected by the Canadian government, WES cannot provide any HST related refund or rebates.
