How has the COVID-19 pandemic affected WES operations and processing times?

WES has been open throughout the pandemic. Our offices temporarily closed, but they are now operational in both the U.S. and Canada. 


We remain fully committed to our applicants, clients, partners, and employees. For example, we provide regular updates on our Notifications Page


Institutions around the globe continue to mail documents to WES. Although some campuses are currently closed, we are receiving documents from them as usual. WES is able to communicate directly with the institution's staff.


Additionally, we now partner with over 7,000 institutions to receive academic records electronically. This helps expedite the evaluation process.


If your institution would like to send us documents digitally, please have them submit a Digital Partnership Form. Our specialists will be in touch to help your institution find a solution.
