A partnership between WES and Verifdiploma offers you the option of submitting your degree certificates, diplomas, and transcripts for verification through the Verifdiploma platform. You won’t need to contact your institution and send your documents to WES. Verifdiploma will communicate with the institution to obtain a digital verification.

This is an additional option for applicants who have studied or obtained a higher/vocational/secondary education credential from Belgium, Benin, France, Côte d’Ivoire, Guinea, Italy, Morroco, Portugal, Senegal, Spain, Switzerland or Togo. Other options like sending documents by postal mail or sending documents through the digital transmission channel that your institution may have with WES is also available.

Please visit the Verifdiploma website https://wes.verifdiploma.com/wes/ and follow the instructions to fill out the form, and your documents and a verification report will be sent directly to WES on your behalf. Once the request is finalized, you will receive a confirmation email from Verifdiploma that your documents have been sent to WES.

The verification process may take multiple days to finalize and varies by institution. There is no need to contact WES or your school once you have submitted your request. You can track the progress of your files on the platform here: https://wes.verifdiploma.com/login.php.
